It happened like this......I was back in New Zealand on vacation and someone picked up on the fact that - despite the bona fide accent - I wasn't local.
I know that the Post Office has a reputation of losing things frequently being in the process of trying to locate items entrusted into their care, but this is silly.
Sending 4 IDENTICAL catalogs to the SAME address, arriving on the SAME day with the SAME customer number?
Just to be on the safe side?
The company is toast - I'll rephrase that - the company is Toast and they've done it before.
